UPPSC Staff Nurse Recruitment-2023 Eligibility Criteria:
(a)Age Criteria: age limit (as on 01/07/2023)

Minimum Age: 21 Years

Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Candidate’s should be born between 02.07.1983 and not later than 01.07.2002(both dates inclusive)

For PH candidates Maximum age limit: 55Years (Born before 02/07/1968)
(b)Educational Qualification:
(A) Qualification for the post of Male) (Medical Education and training Department,Medical and Health Services Department (1) Acandidate for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Male) must-(i) Have passed High School Examination with Science and passedIntermediate Examination of the Boardof High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
(ii)Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council or possess diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council,
(iii) Possess registration certificate from Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Psychiatry or Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwives From the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
(B) Qualification for the post of Female) (Medical Education and training Department,Medical and Health Services Department
(1) A candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Female) must-
(i) Have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
(ii) Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
(iii) Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife. From the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
(c)Examination fee:
- For UR/EWS/OBC/:125 रूपये/- (Exam fees:100/-+ Online processing fees Rs. 25/-)
- For SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen:65 रूपये/- (Exam fees:40/-+ Online processing fees Rs. 25/-)
- For PWDs Cndidates:25 रूपये/- (Exam fees:Nill+Online processing fees Rs. 25/-)
- Mode of Payment:Online Debit Cards(RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.
