Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the Common Recruitment Process(CRP)-RRB-XII-2023 and invited online application for the Post of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRB).

Note: Upper age relaxation will be given to reserved categories candidate like SC/ST/EWS/OBC(Non-creamy layer)/Ex-Servicemen/Persons affected by 1984 riots and Person with Disability as per guideline.

| Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. | Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution |
| Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager) | Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

- Mode of Payment:Online Debit Cards(RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen
b)Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Unreserved Candidates: 850/- (Inclusive of GST)
- Reserved candidates like SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM candidates:175/- (Inclusive of GST)
Salary & Allowances:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 20,000-25,000/-(in Hand salary)
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Rs. 29,000-33,000/-(in Hand salary)
- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager): Rs. 33,000-39,000/-(in Hand salary)
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Rs. 38,000-44,000/-(in Hand salary)
Difference type of Allowances is given to employee like Dearness Allowance, Travelling Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowances and Medical Reimbursement, Pension Schemes, Overtime Allowance, Newspaper Allowance, Miscellaneous etc.
